Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using qrlinkwave.com and its products (QrWave, SocialWave, WaveOne — together, "the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created and accessed via a passwordless magic link sent to your email — keep that inbox secure, since it's the sole way to access your account. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate QR codes, OneLinks, or bio pages that point to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
- Impersonate another person or organization on a bio page or dynamic QR destination.
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or feature gating through automated or abusive means.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications.
We reserve the right to disable any code, page, or account that violates these terms, with or without notice, depending on severity.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the destinations, links, and content you add to QrWave and SocialWave. By using the Service, you grant us the limited right to store and serve that content as needed to operate redirects and render your bio page.
5. Plans, billing & free tiers
QrWave and SocialWave are billed independently; WaveOne bundles both under one subscription. Current pricing is always shown at qrlinkwave.com/pricing. Payments are processed by Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability of the redirect and bio-page rendering services but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We're not liable for losses arising from planned maintenance, third-party outages (hosting, DNS, payment gateway), or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Dynamic QR & rescan behavior
Dynamic QR codes let you change a destination after printing, and require an active QrWave subscription to create. If that subscription is later cancelled, a repeat scan from a visitor who has already been redirected by a given code may show a notice instead of following an updated destination, until the code's owner has an active paid plan again — this is disclosed on the relevant dashboard screens.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate §3, with reasonable notice where practical.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
