FAQ

Pricing questions.

Are QrWave and SocialWave billed separately?

Yes. A QrWave-only subscriber never gets SocialWave features and vice versa — that separation is intentional. WaveOne is the only way to get both under one subscription.

What happens when SocialWave's launch price ends?

The launch price is available to the first 2,000 SocialWave subscribers only. After that, new subscribers pay the standard rate — existing launch-price subscribers keep their rate.

Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?

Yes, from your billing page. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; nothing is charged again after cancellation.

Do you offer refunds?

See our refund policy for the full terms.
